Seva Sahayog Foundation is a registered (August 2009) NGO working with a vision to bridge the gap between the “struggling” mankind and the “aspiring” mankind. The organization aims at engaging socially active corporates, groups, and individuals on one hand and needy grassroots communities on the other, matching their mutual interests. Our mission is to build a network of socially conscious people within India and around the world, which will be a pool of resources with financial strength, knowledge, commitment, and an aim to impact one million lives by 2030.
In many underserved communities, children face significant academic challenges due to the lack of a conducive learning environment at home. With parents having low levels of literacy and limited understanding of academic subjects, students often do not receive the encouragement or guidance necessary for learning. As a result, when these children struggle to keep pace with classroom instruction at school, they fall behind and gradually lose interest in education. Community Learning Centers (CLCs) offer a critical solution by creating a supportive and structured environment right within the students’ neighborhoods. These centers provide daily remedial sessions, allowing children to revisit concepts, learn at their own pace, and strengthen foundational knowledge. With trained teachers and focused interventions, CLCs not only bridge academic gaps but also restore students’ confidence and motivation to continue learning. Such community-based models are essential to ensuring equitable education and preventing long-term learning loss in marginalized groups.
At present, Seva Sahayog Foundation has 135+ community learning centers in MMR Region, Raigad, Pune, and Nashik districts for 6000+ students.
500 learning hours (250 learning days)
Regular Attendance in the Centre
- Average 75% Attendance of students,
Improvement in academic performance
- Enhanced academic performance by improving learning levels among 60% from grade by 2 levels for reading, writing, and mathematics, and conceptual clarity through curricular support.

Seva Sahayog Foundation’s School Kit Drive is an annual campaign designed to ensure that underprivileged school-going children receive essential educational materials at the beginning of the academic year. The drive rallies volunteers, corporate donors, and community members to collectively bridge the gap in school readiness.
Impact Philosophy:
The right tools can inspire the will to learn. The School Kit Drive supports dignity in education by ensuring that no child is left behind due to a lack of basic supplies.
Core Objective:
To provide a standardized school kit comprising a school bag, notebooks, stationery, and geometry tools to children from economically challenged communities and rural areas.
Key Components:
School Kit Content: Bag, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, ruler, sharpener, compass box, and drawing book
1. Standard-wise distribution of adequate stationery material and a school bag.
2. Sparing the family from the financial burden of buying stationery for their child.
3. Additional learning material to facilitate quality education with the help of the school teacher.
4. Attendance of the students is seen from the first week after the school reopens
5. Enrollment of the students in the school for an incentive for learning.

Fund request for the month of November 2025.
We plan to serve hygienic and nutritious lunches to cancer patients, their family members staying at
the Cancer Patients Centre in Sion, Tata Memorial. This initiative is designed to provide not just
meals, but comfort, care, and dignity to those enduring physically and emotionally in demanding
circumstances. We have also extended seva to blind children.
Your support will help us make this compassionate outreach possible.
We seek approval for the estimated catering expenses for serving nutritious meals to cancer patients and their caregivers at the Cancer Patients Centre, Mumbai, during October 2025, as part of our ongoing seva initiative. These meals will be hygienically prepared and served with dignity, providing essential nourishment and comfort to patients and their families during a challenging phase of treatment.
Our humble motive is to transform food into a source of strength, dignity, and hope for individuals battling illness and adversity.
We respectfully submit this application seeking support for continuing our humanitarian initiative of serving hygienic and nutritious meals to cancer patients and their accompanying family members during the month of September. Many patients and caregivers come from economically weaker backgrounds and depend on external support for daily meals during prolonged treatment periods.
Planned Activity: To provide freshly prepared, wholesome lunches that meet basic nutritional requirements, while upholding dignity, hygiene, and compassion for patients and caregivers.
Nature of Support Requested: Financial assistance towards procurement, preparation, and distribution of meals for the specified period.
We assure you that the activity will be carried out with complete transparency and responsibility. We sincerely hope for your continued support in helping us nourish lives with dignity during this challenging phase for the beneficiaries.
Thanking you in anticipation.

My mother has been suffering from cancer for the past year and requires regular operations and chemotherapy. Due to her prolonged illness and continuous treatment, my financial condition has become very difficult, and I am struggling to meet the ongoing medical expenses.
The total estimated cost for the treatment, including four chemotherapy sessions (with each session costing approximately 1.4 lakhs), comes to 5.6 lakhs. I am in urgent need of financial assistance to help cover these medical expenses.
Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly consider providing me financial assistance to help cover my mother's treatment.
